About the Property

The Conch Inn is a well-appointed and furnished beach house vacation rental with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a bonus loft.  It has two king master suites, one queen bedroom, and two twin beds in the loft. The home is located directly in front of the Morgantown community beach boardwalk.  
 
Beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf! The spacious living room has all leather furniture, and the fully-equipped kitchen has seated dining for 8. There are 5 TVs with satellite, a DVD player, high-speed wireless Internet, a washer & dryer, and a charcoal barbecue grill. Towels and linens are provided.  
 
The house is located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. You will enjoy buried utilities, two swimming pools, two lit tennis courts, and a gorgeous beach. 
 
For golfers in the group, the world-famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club is less than a mile away. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world-class.

Family vacation

Our family stayed here recently and had a wonderful time. From booking the property to check out was a breeze. The pictures of this property DO NOT DO JUSTICE! This house is beautiful with amazing views and a short walk to the beach. The house offered anything and everything you would need to have the perfect vacation. All we needed to get was groceries. The kitchen is stocked with everything else. The area is quiet, family oriented, and serene. The beach was not over crowded and the sand is a pure white with little to no shells which is nice for walking barefoot. The owners are great communicators. Within minutes I had a response to any question I had. Something we've never encountered when renting through VRBO. I would highly recommend this property. We can't wait to come back again.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We have been visiting the area for over 10 years, always stayed in a condo. So glad we chose to try The Conch House. The layout of the home was perfect for us and our adult children plus one grandchild. Proximity and view of the beach cannot be beat. Will definitely book again!!

This was the perfect house for family of four adults and one child. Great views and a short walk to the beach. It was a quite neighborhood, very relaxing. We had a great guided fishing trip, brought the fish back to cook for dinner. This house was very well supplied with cooking utensils and outdoor grill. We loved every minute of it!! So did our five year old.
