5 stars for this place. Location was perfect, place was beautiful and comfortable, had all the essentials and more, great beach, pool and restaurant. Views were breathtaking and we sat at the highest point. You won’t be disappointed here.

We rented for 5 nights and it was great. Each room has plenty of space, the bathrooms are large, and the balconies in each room had great views. Everything was well equipped and the pack n play came in handy for the baby. (There we’re actually 2!) A high chair would have been a bonus and would have saved a few sticky situations but it’s a normal occurrence not to have them, we didn’t have room in our luggage for our travel one last minute. The climb to the pool and beach was a little tough with babies but not unmanageable. Red Hook area is cute but a little tough for families. Lots of bars with food but hard to find good places to eat that are family friendly but not pizza and wings. Probably should have cooked more with all the kids, lesson for next time. Rick was very attentive and responsive to my many questions. We had a great time on our trip and absolutely recommend this place!

This property was very clean and comfortable. The owner provided all of the necessities. I do suggest renting a car or hiring a driver for your stay. The view is amazing and every room has a deck also plenty of bathrooms with showers for larger groups. I also suggest that you look in all the cabinets before you go shopping we purchased items that was already there. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic 9 days in Aug. 2021. The condo is excellent with high quality amenities and thoughtful touches. It was very clean with comfortable beds and four (yes, four!) balconies overlooking Cowpet bay. The pool is very large and only 5ft at its deepest, so very good for kids. Sangrias is a short walk from the pool with very good food & drinks. The beach area is OK, with an area marked off for swimming. Chaise loungers are plentiful and some shade available under trees. Caribbean fish market restaurant is high-end (pricey) but very delicious food. Pool bar was closed during our stay. Shade at the pool is limited to table umbrellas, but after ~1pm shade starts to cover the pool naturally, so the afternoons and early evenings are nearly completely shaded. Restroom at the pool is shared with CFM restaurant, so that’s awkward, and it’s effectively unavailable in evenings when the restaurant is open as you’d be walking thru a fancy restaurant with dressed-up diners in your pool gear. The grounds are well maintained and security monitors entries at night. It’s 109 stairs from the pool/beach level to the condo, so that’s a trudge, so if you have anyone with mobility issues, you’ll want to drive down & pick them up, which is possible as the driveway loops down to the area by CFM. You’ll likely want to rent a car as there’s not much in walking distance from the resort. Red Hook has a few restaurants and some shopping. Moe’s is very overpriced for groceries, so Food Center is a better option. Definitely get tacos from Taco Chelles. They were delicious! Senor Pizza is very good and delivers. Overall, the condo is beyond 5 stars and the facility is very good. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again. Rick was super fast with communication and everything went smoothly with logistics.

This property is PERFECT! This was a family vacation before our kids went back to college and they absolutely loved it! Having 3 bedrooms and 4 bathroom gave us all the room necessary to make our stay here comfortable and pleasurable. All the bedrooms have a beautiful view, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the property was very clean. Rick was very attentive and answered all of our questions promptly. The location of the condo was great, very close to Red Hook where there are many restaurant, a market and the ferry dock to St. Johns. Our favorite beaches were Magens Bay, St. Thomas and Trunk Bay, St. Johns. We hope we can return to this paradise again and we would definitely stay here again.
