This three-bedroom villa is nestled in the popular neighborhood of Arrocito; known for its quiet residential setting and central location.
 
The villa showcases unique architectural components that blend perfectly with traditional Mexican design. Spend your days lounging by your private pool before heading up to the main living area where you will be beckoned in by a huge central palapa.
 
The living area features a spacious and airy kitchen complete with granite counter top, ample storage, and a breakfast bar. Carrying on through the space you will find both the living area and covered dining area – both overlooking the pool and Pacific Ocean beyond.
 
A few steps up from the living area will take you into the large master suite complete with 180-degree views and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three can both be found on the lower level of the villa, each with its own private bathroom. See below for full details:

Great house for vacations

The house has a beautiful view and it’s perfect if you are looking for a place to relax and have the best food, we hired a chef from my Huatulco vacation and it was the best decision. The house is everything that I expected and it is exactly as the pictures. We had a great time and it has a great location.

The Villa was very well supplied with nice views. Ramiro came on site almost daily to check on things and maintain the pool and grounds. He was a delight. The property Management company was very well organized in the booking and arranging anything we needed. Getting a taxi is a little more challenging here than where we have stayed before, but it was a short walk to a road where taxis traveled and we usually didn't have to wait too long for a taxi to come by.

The location and view was great. The outdoor kitchen was excellent. The pool was the highlight! 3 rooms with your own en-suite was great.
