The upper terrace has a fresh water, pool in the ever popular kidney shape and comfortable lounge chairs. On the lower terrace you will discover a small gazebo on the sea perfect for drinks before dinner. The small but private sandy beach also has its own jetty which is perfect for seaside sunbathing. Throughout the lushly landscaped gardens are numerous paths for exploring.
Inside the villa there is a lovely living room and dining area which can be opened up completely to the outside via beautiful, white louvered doors. The living is thereby extended onto a covered, sea view verandah on both the west and ocean side. The shady verandah has a dining table for six as well as comfortable lounge chairs for reading or conversation. There is a powder room off the indoor dining area.
