About the Property

Welcome to Surf Crest Village 23, This 2 bedroom ground floor cottage is steps to boardwalk over dunes to beach/ocean.  It is a wonderful vacation cottage.  Mastor host a king bed with full bath in hallway and guest a queen with 1/2 bath in-suite. Each room equipped with TV's.  Beach towels and chairs are for guest enjoyment.  The cottage offers two on-site private parking spaces and two visitor spaces are right across the drive. The beach and pool are just steps from cottage and enjoy many restaurants and shops 1/4 mile from the cottage. We have many return guest.  You will want to be that guest.  
This property is also the perfect place for family reunions and weddings because we also offer two 3 bedroom cottages steps from 23 in the Village.  It is waiting for you.......

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in. 
50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
 
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

A very nice place to stay. Felt like home. Beautiful beach with easy access. Convenient proximity to downtown. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Very clean, well maintained, and well furnished. Would definitely stay again.
