Everything was great. Weather worked out. Beach was amazing. Julian was by far the best beach assistant I have experienced in my 10+ yrs coming to Holiday Surf. I was disappointed with rm 103. We stayed there 10 years ago for our honeymoon and decided to stay there again for our 10 year anniversary. We experienced roaches in the unit especially in the bathroom. They were still there even after the routine spray on 9/14. We will see you next year but in a different unit.

Great condo but few things to know before you rent

If you rent through VRBO you do not get the chairs rentals on the beach (extra $240)... you get 4 towels, 4 wash cloths and face towels- there is a linen exchange twice a week... washers and dryers are on 2 floors ($2.50 to wash $1.75 to dry)... we loved the ground floor unit, the air conditioner kept the condo COLD at 70 degrees, we loved not have it to keep up with a key (keypad on door and for gate entry) Bery family friendly place to stay- we will be back for sure

Beautiful Beach Location

The beach and amenities were all great. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the tennis and shuffle board. The rental unit itself left some to be desired. The furniture was old and dated. The fake greenery through out was gross. The kitchen was not very well supplied...mix matched cheap utensils and dishes. There were magazines from 2015!!
