About the Property

Unit 104 is undergoing a complete renovation. The unit will have all new flooring with tile plank flooring, replacing all appliances with stainless, all counter tops (kitchen/vanities) with stone, all new cabinets, adding a dry bar, replacing all fixtures, new higher toilets, renovating and tiling all bathrooms baths/showers, replacing all TV’s with large flat screens (65” in den and Master BR, 40’ 2nd BR), sound bars in den and Master BR, new paint throughout, new kitchen furnishings (plates, silverware etc.), and new furniture. Essentially new to the studs. Pictures will be uploaded as soon as unit is complete.
 
Unit 104 will accommodate up to 6 people with a king size bed in master bedroom, and 1 double bed with a set of twin bunk beds in guest bedroom.
 
During the peak season this unit requires Saturday - Saturday weekly rentals only. Enjoy the beauty of Destin`s beach from your private balcony. The pool, tennis courts and complimentary beach chairs are just steps away. Make your reservations today!

Room 104 was absolutely gorgeous! Newly and completely renovated! I’d never stayed on the ground floor before but bc we had a toddler, we thought best to stay there. It turned out to be perfect for us! We will def be requesting to stay here
