Recently redecorated with new paint, new carpet in the bedrooms and new furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped and also has new appliances, which will make cooking on vacation a breeze!
 
112 is a ground-floor unit, meaning you are just steps to the pool and moments from the beach, through your own private gated patio.
 
In addition to the beautiful beach, Holiday Surf also offers some great onsite amenities - an outdoor seasonally heated pool, Fitness room, Sauna, plus Tennis courts and Shuffleboard with Free equipment rentals. did we mention - we are directly located on our very own Private, White Sand Gulf Beach. Nice two bedroom two bath condo, clean , short walk to the beautiful beach on the board walk . Seen dolphins from the beach daily ?? Only thing negative is that you can’t see the ocean from the condo as it is on the first floor. And the mattresses could use updated ,felt worn down . Enjoyed our stay , would stay here again . Very nice area as it is away from busy downtown but still close enough for dinner or activities .
