It is just a short 2 minute boardwalk-stroll to the beautiful white sand private beach.
 
Prepare a meal in the well-stocked kitchen and serve it up at the breakfast bar, the dining table, or on your private gated patio. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless appliances including a French door refrigerator/freezer; dishwasher, oven with smooth top range, over-the-range microwave and a Keurig, plus features new Granite counter tops.
 
This spacious beach themed condo with hardwood Oak flooring throughout, comfortably sleeps 4 guests with the Master bedroom boasting a new, plush king-size bed and mattress, a 32" HDTV with Smart DVD player, a walk-in closet and bathroom that was completely remodeled in August 2019. An additional 1 stow away beds, suitable for children are also available.
 
Relax in upscale surroundings and watch the brand new 65" Samsung smart TV. The new sleeper sofa is a Cozy Mattress, which provides 8.5 inches of pillow-top bed quality comfort. The unit also includes board and card games for indoor fun.
 
Don't forget all the other wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor heated pool, Fitness room, Free DVD rentals, Saunas, Tennis courts and Shuffleboard. (both with free equipment rental)

Our favorite vacation spot

We love Destin and Holiday Surf. This was my third stay and have always had a great experience! We love the beach chair service and the tennis/pickleball courts. I utilized the laundry and gym...both were clean and easy to access. I’ll be returning next year!

Family vacay

This was a multi family vacation and with most of us staying on the bottom floor snd having the conveniences so handy, this was on of our best vacay’s ever!! We have small children but felt safe enough for them to run between rooms from patio to patio. Beach was exactly what we needed!!

We stayed in room 106 and it was updated and a very nice stay. The light under the microwave was burned out and I could not find a dust pan to sweet the sand into. It would be a huge plus if the owners had something like a little shark vacuum for people staying there to use to suck up all of the sand that gets tracked in. The one thing that we did not like was that there are no washers and dryers in the unit. So we had to lug our laundry to the 4th or 6th floors. This would not be such an issue if towel exchange was offered every day instead of just on Tuesdays and Fridays. People are on vacation when at the beach and the last thing you want to have to do is make several trips to and from the laundromat. Towel exchange daily should definitely be considered and if that is impossible, every other day at the bare minimum. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. We will call before booking next time to see if there are more towel exchange days available than twice a week.

This condo was so cute and clean! I loved that it was on the first floor and provided easy beach access and parking lot access. It was quiet and peaceful. Location is great, and the beach was not overly crowded. We also liked the DVD rentals for rainy days or just hanging out at night. Condo had everything we needed. Only dislike was that the couch was not super comfortable. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.
