It is just a short 2 minute boardwalk-stroll to the beautiful white sand private beach.
 
Prepare a meal in the well-stocked kitchen and serve it up at the breakfast bar, the comfortable dining table seating 6, or on your private gated patio, Holiday Surf provide a wonderful family setting.
 
The open floor plan connects the kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with the dining room seating 6 whilst the living room has a brand New 55 inch 4K Roku Smart TV and DVD Player
This lovely condo Sleeps 6 with the advantage of 2 double beds in the master bedroom and a king bed in the 2nd bedroom.Both bedrooms also have a 28 inch TV/DVD player.. Please note: there is no sleeper sofa in this unit.
 
Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located on Holiday Isle, a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Although located in the heart of Destin, it is a quiet residential area just minutes from all the wonderful shops, bars, restaurants and activities the Resort has to offer.
 
Don't forget all the other wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor heated pool, Fitness room, Free DVD rentals, Saunas, Tennis courts and Shuffleboard. (both with free equipment rental).WIFI and Parking are always free!

We had a wonderful time at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. The access to the beach is amazing and having the beach chairs included when you book direct is a wonderful treat. We traveled with three children and this condo makes it so easy. The beach is right out the door, great pool, tennis, shuffle board, and free movie rentals makes it where you never have to leave BUT if you decided to leave and explore this condo is located close to everything. One of the most relaxing vacations ever!!

118 has a perfect location! The kitchen is adequate, beds are comfortable. But the furniture is old, (recliner broken, sofas worn out). The internet in the unit was essentially unusable. (We had to go to the lobby to take care of some things that had to be done online.). Overall a good experience. But I might stay in a different unit until this one is updated.

It was a good week at HS&R. Updates to the porches look great! Our family rented 12 condos for the week. Some were better updated than others but I’m sure this is a process with owners. We have been coming to HS&zero for 35 years. Always enjoy our stay.
