This one of a kind Holiday Surf unit, #1A, is a charming and spacious Ground level condo. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa and 2 stowaway twin sleeper ottomans in the living room, as well as 2 full bathrooms. Tile floors are featured throughout the unit.
 
Unit #1A is unlike any other condo at the Beachfront resort of Holiday Surf & Racquet Club. It has its own private fenced in patio area and has easy, direct access to the beautiful soft white sand beach, the pool, tennis courts and parking lot without the hassle of elevators or stairs. Located separately from the main building, the unit is quiet, peaceful and private.
 
Although this unit does not have a Gulf view, it offers many additional conveniences for your stay which includes an elegant remodeled kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, an entertainment system offering a 47” LED TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player in the living room and 32” flat-screen TV and Blu-Ray in the bedroom. There is a sun room overlooking your own fenced in courtyard, with the added fun of a Foosball table for your entertainment. The sky-lights and tile floors throughout the entire unit create a bright, cooling and relaxing environment.
 
To make your home away from home vacation more complete, you’ll have your own High-Efficiency washer and dryer in the laundry room, complimentary wireless internet access, Free Parking and a charcoal grill & smoker in your private courtyard!

Unit was clean off by itself. It's a duplex but it being Christmas week we had it to ourselves. Our 40th Anniversary. We will be back.

Perfect quite unit

We loved this unit!!! It is detached from the building and has a great private fenced patio with table & chairs, grill and sunbathing lounge chair. It is larger than the other 1 bedroom units and has a second full bath. Bed was super comfortable but is a queen(only negative about the unit). Well stocked open kitchen. Full size washer/dryer in unit was great and none of the other units we stayed in had them but the property does have a laundry room.
