About the Property

Guests of unit 203 are greeted by a wall mural, painted by the owner, of our beautiful beach. Other unique art work is found throughout the unit.

Granite counter tops, a smiling whale, and an interesting frog are features of the kitchen.
The red, yellow, and black color scheme of the living room is dramatically highlighted by a beautiful Turkish rug. A curious Pelican keeps a watchful eye over the room.
 
The light, airy bedroom is the perfect place to relax after a busy day on the beach. In the adjoining bathroom, caricatures of people at the beach and the “Evolution of a Beauty Queen” are sure to bring a smile.
This unit is located near the west end of the building, letting you relax in the shade and enjoy the breathtaking early morning Sunrises, along with the wonderful Gulf and beach views. Nearby stairs allow you quick access the beach - just steps away!
 
Don't forget all the wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor heated pool, Fitness room, Sauna, plus Tennis courts and Shuffleboard with Free equipment rentals. did we mention - we are directly located on our very own Private, White Sand Gulf Beach. What more could you want?!
 
Holiday Surf and Racquet Club unit #203 accommodates up to 4 people with a King bed and a Queen sofa Sleeper. It has just a 3 night minimum year round.

We booked spare of the moment, price was so good I was nervous as to what I had rented. However, upon arrival front desk clerk was very professional and polite. Our unit was the cleanest one I have ever stayed in while visiting Destin. The condo had easy beach access and chairs were free. We were so very pleased and will definitely be returning. Amazing stay!

Room 203

This was our second time at this facility. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our room view was outstanding, however our room was not as nice as our previous stay. The room furnishings are outdated and seating is uncomfortable. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needs special attention. Mold/mildew was visible in tub/shower. The toilet was continuously running, but maintenance took care of that. I attempted to fix myself, but when I took the top off the tank the underside of lid was totally covered in mold. Toilet had to be flushed twice on occasion. The mirror in the bathroom had toothpaste splashed on it. Balcony furniture has screws falling out of it and paint peeling and visibly worn. We looked at another 1 bedroom for future renting and it was obviously in much better shape. We will be back, but 203 won't be in our future.
