Unit 403 is a newly updated, well appointed one bedroom condo with some great features we think you will appreciate. The living room has a new 75 inch smart television, voice and switch activated dimmer lamps and thermostat, two complete Bose 700 series 5.1 surround sound systems (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), super comfortable leather reclining chairs by Ekornes from Norway, modern ceiling fans with dimmer lights, and new carpeting. The unit can sleep up to four comfortably with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has a new dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker in addition to the standard appliances. On the balcony is a new Essen wooden dining set and cozy rattan wicker chaise lounge chair/bed, (bring this inside and use it as a bed for two, bringing your total to six people). This unit is on the fourth floor near the end of the building, giving it stunning views of the beach and emerald/blue ocean waters.
When not relaxing indoors there are many outdoor activities to enjoy including surfing, fishing, kiteboarding, parasailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, flight tours, even stargazing, and so much more.
This is a safe and fun neighborhood to explore by walking or jogging. Just a short walk away is Norriego point, a nice beach and dunes where you will see great blue herons and a variety of bird life. Henderson Beach State Park is just 3 miles to the east.
