NEWLY RENOVATED CONDO - Holiday Surf 405!!!
This unit accommodates up to 6 people, with a king size bed in the master, queen size bed in the guest bedroom and a new sofa sleeper in the living room that features a top of the line 6 inch "cozy" mattress.
Located on the 4th floor, it is close by the linen exchange and laundry room for your convenience.
 
Freshly painted throughout with new wainscoting, new living and dining room furniture, as well as the remodel of both bathrooms and an all new well equipped kitchen with Stainless steel appliances.
The living room has a new media console to accommodate a brand new 55 inch Samsung LED TV with a Blue-ray DVD player. Both bedrooms also have LED Tv's with Blue-ray DVD players.
 
Then there is the true highlight of your stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club - the most wonderful awe inspiring beach and ocean views from your private balcony, that are truly second to none!
 
The there's all the wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor seasonally heated pool, Fitness room, Sauna, plus Tennis courts and Shuffleboard with Free equipment rentals. Parking, WIFI, Linen Exchange and DVD rentals are all free too!

Condo is Wonderful!!

We enjoyed our stay. The Condo was perfect and the beachside service and downstairs employees were awesome!! The only thing I would ask was for there to be salt and pepper to be added it the kitchen area. :)

The condo, the view, and the location was great! This was the first time our family has ever rented a condo and the whole experience was incredible. The condo was very clean and the location was perfect. The beach and the water was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Already making plans for next year to come back.

We have stayed at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club several times and will be returning. The unit was very clean. View and access to the beach is perfect. All property associates are very friendly and helpful.
