Very nice condo in a great location. Owner was easily accessible by text (although we didn’t really need anything). There were a few chairs and beach toys - enough for our family of 4, so it was nice not to have to rent, buy, or pack ours up from home. We loved the pool and hot tub for when we got tired of jumping in the waves late in the day and just wanted to relax. Super nice to walk out the condo door straight to the pool deck, too!

We have stayed in Paradise Shores twice and both stays have been fantastic! The condo has a HUGE living room…perfect for our crew of grands and parents. And literally right outside of the front door is the wonderful pool and hot tub. Also, immediately to the side of our front door is the stairwell entrance. We walk down one floor and head straight across the street to the beach (The elevator is easy access too. We just choose the stairs as they are a bit closer). And this condo is fully equipped, from olive oil to boogie boards. We love this corner unit, Mexico Beach, and these kind and conscientious owners! Thanks for providing a wonderful place for us to get away!

This was our second time staying here , great location easy beach access and pool is right out door!! The owners are easy to communicate with abs respond quickly!! We will be back !

April has an amazing condo that is extremely well stocked with all necessities and little extras that make the trip even easier (first aid kits {I forgot bandaids and we had a skinned toe}, baskets with "in case you forgot" items, beach toys, chairs). We could not have asked for better communication-any question we had she answered extremely quickly and offered additional information to help make our trip memorable. This was our first trip with our whole family (my husband and I have been down before and fell in love with the area) and we are looking forward to booking with April again for next year. The condo was more than enough space for 6 people (2 adults and 4 kids ranging in ages from 17-6). I was concerned with getting everyone across the street to the beach but it was not a problem AT ALL! We had the pool access literally right outside the door (but never heard any noise from the pool area). The beach and down time was just what we wanted and needed! Thank you April for opening your home away from home to us and being so thoughtful!

This unit is truly great! Only a short walk to the beach area and a short walk into the pool area (on same floor). Very quiet in the evening hours. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking/eating items that you might want. (plastic ware for leftovers , blender, 2 coffee makers, etc) Overall it is the best unit that we have rented during our past years in Mexico Beach. The only thing that would make it better is a location directly on the beach.
