Built in 2018, this handsome home has everything you’ll want for your Cape Cod family summer vacation. Start with an ideal location for enjoying fresh water beaches on either Long Pond (three-five minute walk) and Sheep Pond (five-seven minutes). There’s limited parking at each beach, but you can always drive and drop people and gear, then return on foot or bike.
Back at the house, the kids have plenty of private, level yard where they can play safely, including the paved driveway with a basketball hoop. You’ll want to fire up the gas grill and dine outside on warm summer nights, taking advantage of the outdoor deck with an umbrella-protected dining table with seating for eight.
The fresh, new interior includes a fully equipped kitchen, including Keurig and espresso coffee makers. You’ll love the granite counters and new stainless steel appliances. There is island seating, good for a quick lunch for the kids and making any meal preparation a fun, social experience.
The kitchen flows into the appealing dining room, then into the living room/TV lounge. There is cable and smart TV, as well as high speed Wi-Fi. The home is centrally air conditioned. The main level of the home also houses the laundry room and a half bath. One of two master bedrooms in the home is located on the main level. There you’ll find a big, comfortable king size bed and a full bath en suite with a step-in shower and double sink vanity.
Walk upstairs to the second level and you’ll discover the other three bedrooms, including the second king master with a Jack-n-Jill full bath with a tub/shower combination. The queen bedroom is just down the hall and shares the full bath with the king master. The fourth bedroom provides a pair of full size double beds and a private full bath en suite, tub/shower here as well. For the wee one in your group, there is a crib available.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include $125 reservation fee and a $50 non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May - June and September - November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
