Nestled in a rural neighborhood in East Brewster, this charming 1 bedroom cottage is a quiet place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. The cottage is part of a larger estate with another home nearby, but the focus of this cottage is toward the back yard. Be sure to bring your bike as the cottage abuts the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Head east and in under a mile on the bike trail, you can be at Orleans local brewery, Hog Island Beer Co, and under 1.5 miles to Orleans Center for shopping, dining and browsing.  Head west and you’ll be at Nickerson State Park in under a mile and 1.5 miles to Crosby Landing beach on Cape Cod Bay. 

 

The cottage consists of a first floor living room and half bath. Upstairs, you’ll find the kitchen, second living area with a twin bed with trundle plus a bedroom with a queen and adjacent full bath with laundry. There’s a deck off the dining area for relaxing al fresco. The requisite outdoor shower is off back of the cottage.
