Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTE: Tulum is a high growth area and there's usually construction and noise might be heard during daytime hours.
Please note that due to COVID restrictions in certain areas, the community amenities for this property may not be available or may be limited. These restrictions are out of our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible. Please understand these rules are in place for the safety of all residents and guests.
-The properties managed by Moskito are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained and uses the protections recommended by the health authorities. All our properties have the equipment so that the client can enter and exit on their own without having to have direct contact with any person. The staff will not enter the properties to do cleaning and maintenance during the stay of guests unless it has been authorized and with strict hygiene measures.
- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know!
- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
