The interior of the house has been fully renovated! Pool is heatable for $250 for 3 nights and $400 for a full week. Twin beds are replaced by two full beds in upstairs bedroom! The house has been fully repainted throughout, with white v groove (think shiplap) board and all new light fixtures. New kitchen counters and tile backsplash. A huge, new smart TV has been mounted above the fireplace in the living room, with all new furnishings including rug and oversize sectional couch.

A large guest room with queen bed and charming décor is also located on the first floor with a full bath adjoining the bedroom. The pool and large deck surrounds the exterior of the first floor. All new deck furniture and a new grilling station provides a perfect entertaining area with bar, refrigerator, sink and new gas grill to extend the cooking to the great outdoors. The pool is elevated and refreshing on those warm summer days. Access to the beach is just across the street.
