We have updated this single family charmer to turn it into the ultimate vacation home, and all that comes with it. We are close to all of the best attractions that the Emerald Coast has to offer; sugar white sands, an incredible neighborhood pool just outside of our back gate, premium shoppes and restaurants and more! Explore our man-made coral reefs just off the coast or spend your days riding around the scenic streets visiting beaches, ice cream shops and more in our brand new complimentary golf cart!

Main living area: This beautiful home features an easy flowing open floor plan with a spacious dining and living area. Gather around our large flat screen smart TV for the big game or step out onto any of the balconies or brand new extended outdoor living area to enjoy your morning coffee or a few drinks with friends and family. The living room features plenty of seating and all of the comforts of home. In the kitchen you will find that our generous granite counters and cabinetry allow for lots of elbow room. Well stocked and ready to go, creating beautiful meals will be a breeze! We are pleased to offer updated stainless appliances and kitchen gadgets galore! Once the meal is made, be seated at our dining room table which comfortably seats 8 with additional chairs at the bar.
Rest: Find sanctuary in any one of our luxurious bedrooms. The master suite features a beautiful king size bed, private bath, large flat screen TV, balcony and more! The first 2 guest bedrooms are similarly set up with king beds, generous closet space and great views, and the 3rd guest bedroom features 2 custom full over queen bunk beds with queen trundles, flat screen TV and more closet space.
Play: We have created an incredible play area for adults and children alike in the back. A grill, ample seating around our al fresca dining table and of course the neighborhood pool just steps away - the fun never ends! Play on our ping-pong table or cannonball into the pool! There is plenty of room for the whole gang and we even have a secondary full size refrigerator in the garage for drinks and ice on first floor! Whatever you do, it will be a great time for the whole family!
We have a two car garage and driveway which can fit 4 cars as well as our golf cart.

Please note, in addition to the nightly rate, there is a $670 Departure Clean, $105 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $75 Administrative Fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler’s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged.
