This newly renovated and professionally decorated stunner is sure to wow the whole family. We have thought of everything for your crew - from easy self check in at the front door to luxury bedding and items throughout the condo, this holiday home has it all! Upon arrival, simply enter your personal door code into our high security door lock and your vacation begin. Walk right in and allow the warm, easy mood of this home wash over you! We have brought a taste of the beautiful Emerald Coast indoors, with cooling blue hues and sandy themes.
Main living area:
Our state of the art custom kitchen is complete with sprawling granite counters, brand new top of the line appliances and lots of custom lighting. We want the chef in your family to enjoy preparing meals, and have provided dishware, cutlery, cookware and so much more! Once dinner is served, enjoy it at our large dining room table which comfortably seats 6, with 4 additional seats at the bar. The living room area is open and inviting, with a large sectional positioned across from the Gulf! Yes, you can watch out large flat screen smart TV, but something tells us whether you are at the dinner table, in the kitchen or on the sofa, your attention will be on the dazzling panoramic views of the Gulf! One of our favorite features is the wrap around balcony which stretches all the way from the living room and dining room to the master suite. Step outside and enjoy a hot cup of coffee as the sun rises or sets.
Rest:
All of our bedding and items were hand picked with your comfort in mind. You will sink right into any of the beds and drift off to sleep. The master suite is complete with a king size bed, smart TV, seating area and of course a private bathroom. Generous closet space and private entrance to the balcony are an additional bonus! The first guest bedroom has another king bed, smart TV and lot of closet space. It also has a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom is the perfect space for kids and additional guests as it has two custom bunk beds. This means 4 full size bunks, a generous closet and of course a smart TV for entertainment. We also have a bathroom in the hallways for all to share, and a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
We also provide a starter pack which include: hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible.
Our Clean Initiative:
Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. This multi-purpose neutral PH, germicidal detergent and deodorant is effective on a wide variety of pathogens. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Literally anything that a previous renter would come into contact with. Clorox is an effective and EPA approved combatant, these pre-soaked wipes need only four minutes of contact to neutralize the Coronavirus. We use Lysol Disinfectant Spray for fabric surfaces (upholstery), which is guaranteed to eliminate the virus within 10 minutes. Products are CDC and EPA approved for use against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19.
Please note, in addition to the nightly rate, there is a $305 Departure Clean, $85 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $65 Administrative Fee.
