This luxury beachfront townhouse has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach and sleeps up to 16 people.The house features an upscale living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout the second and third floor with travertine tile on the first floor.
The first level has 2 bedrooms, a wet bar and easy access out to the splash pool and beach. The queen bedroom overlooks the beach and has a queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV along with a full bathroom. The second bedroom on the first level has two full beds, a flat screen TV and an Xbox 360. The second floor hosts the living and dining area with a dining table for 6 and extra seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is well appointed and provides an amazing view of the Gulf. A large flat screen TV, two comfortable leather chairs with ottomans and a queen sleeper sofa complete the living area. The second floor beachfront balcony has an outdoor dining table for 6 as well as an electric grill. Down the hall is one queen bedroom with a large closet, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the third floor is the master suite with a balcony which overlooks the beach, a king bed, a comfy chair and ottoman for relaxing, and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking bathtub. The beachfront balcony on this level has 2 chairs and ottomans for your evening respite. Down the hall from the master suite is another king bedroom with flat screen TV, closet area, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A stackable washer and dryer is located in the hallway. The private residential elevator in this home is made available only upon request . Please discuss with us in advance of your stay.

In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options within a 10 mile radius of your community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joes) If you are looking for a bit of nightlife head on over to the village at Baytown wharf; here you will find numerous night spots, upscale dining, zip lines and activities for the kids and fireworks all summer long!
