This luxury beachfront townhome has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach and sleeps up to 16. The house features an upscale living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout the second and third floor.
 
A bright and spacious kitchen with granite countertops and tropical ceiling fans is the perfect place to prepare an afternoon snack or family meal. The kitchen is fully-stocked with utensils, dishware, pots and pans, casserole dishes, cutting boards, Pyrex containers and more. A comfortable living rooms offers a pull-out sofa and flat screen TV.
 
There are flat screen TVs throughout the home and the house is equipped with dual band Wifi with range extenders so no part of the house is without excellent coverage. An AT&T microcell vastly improves cellular coverage for AT&T customers.
 
Two of the five bedrooms face the Gulf with king beds and private bathrooms. The luxury bathrooms for these rooms feature jacuzzi bathtubs, two sinks and a rainfall shower. Relax on the private veranda and enjoy the sound of the surf and the smell of the salt air. The Gulf facing bedrooms offer a level of privacy found in very few townhomes in Frangista Beach, while at the same time, providing an unobstructed sunset view for most of the year. Cool off in the verandas plunge pool or it can be heated during the cooler months.
 
The owner goes to great lengths to ensure that guests feel like they are staying at a first-class hotel. Enjoy white luxury striped sheets and duvets on every bed, a welcome package (wine, bottled water), white luxury towels, Gilchrest & Soames bath and shower soaps and amenities, a fully-stocked Keurig and beach/pool towels. A BBQ grill is replaced each season.
 
The water sports and outdoor activities wear you out head on over to the Silver Sands premium outlet mall where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Frangista Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options within a 10 mile radius of Frangista Beach.

A beach setup consisting of an umbrella and two chairs is included at no additional charge for the entire season between March and October for your use. This home is perfect for reunions, large families and weddings on the beach (contact the local homeowner’s association for more details.
 
Frangista Beach is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
 
Due to HOA restrictions, tents and canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.
 
POOL HEAT-The private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $35/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool dimensions are 8.5 x 6
 
Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home.
 
DOG FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX
