"I spent a week here, in a 2-bedroom apartment, and I can't say enough good things about it. The owners are welcoming and friendly, and willing to help you with any needs you have. The accommodations were spotless, the beds very comfy, and the linens top-notch. While a few things were not up-to-date, everything works just fine. They are constantly updating things as money allows (things have been tough since Hurricane Irma 2 years ago.) The rooms are literally a stones throw from the beach, and you will rarely see anyone else on the beach with you! Beautiful blue waters, and lovely temperatures. Even when the thermometer is high, the ocean breeze keeps you cool. The owners were kind enough to stock the fridge as well, so breakfast is already there for the first morning - o.j., bread, margarine, cheddar cheese, tea and coffee. Perfect! They are a short walk to the ferry dock and rental cars. (A car is kind of essential, as most of the restaurants and shopping are spread out over the island, and the other beaches are worth seeing!) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and came home refreshed and relaxed. Also, I felt so safe here, which is a HUGE deal for a woman traveling alone"

"I'm so glad to have found Patsy's and booked a stay there based on previous visitors' good reviews. What a perfect option for a peaceful short getaway to Anguilla. This family-run place is focused on caring for guests, and they couldn't be nicer or more welcoming. A budget-friendly option that is clean and well-situated, with great views from the balconies looking over the water to St. Martin. Not a resort, so don't expect that. But there were so many nice touches, like finding coffee in the kitchenette and being provided, on my first day, with milk, juice, bread and cheese so that I did not have to leave the patio to enjoy breakfast in the morning. When I decided to rent a car, Lisa had one brought by for me right away, at a special rate for hotel guests, and provided me with a local cell phone to have on hand Patsy's was a great spot for a single woman traveler just looking for a few restful days. It is not secluded, being right near the ferry dock, but I enjoyed the view and seeing the boats come and go, and during the days ventured out to some of Anguilla's many spectacular beaches. I would definitely return to Patsy's, and would recommend to friends!"

I recently stayed in a two bedroom ocean-front room at Patsy’s Seaside Villa and I can’t describe adequately, just how much I enjoyed my stay! First of all the service by this family run business is second to none! When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner who noticed that I was admiring the shells that were neatly positioned outside of the villa. She graciously told me that I could have the beautiful shell that I was holding. On the following morning, I was enjoying seeing the boats come and go as I sat on the balcony. Then I noticed a bright blue boat docking and the 2 occupants waved at me. These friendly people turned out to be family members of the owner. Later on in the morning. We met Patsy who is the daughter of the owner. Patsy by the way is “Everything and everyone special” and she really should be the island’s director of Tourism. If I begin to specify just how Patsy made my stay in Anguilla unforgettable this review will turn into a thesis! The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is provisioned with a wide selection of teas and the coffee was delicious. The decor is modern and the beds were super comfy. Since the Villa is on the beach, I collected shells while communicating with my sister who was on th balcony... enjoying the view. I will return again and again!

"My husband and I love Patsy's. Going there has become an annual event that we look forward to all year long. Even now, post-hurricane and in a reconstruction mode, Patsy's is still an oasis. Where else can I sit on my porch, listen to ocean waves while I read, and have the beach as my front yard? Or possibly I should say "where else can I afford to do this?" because Patsy's is one of the most affordable options on an island which is known for its exclusive resorts and high prices. And affordable does not mean that Patsy's doesn't have great accommodations because they do. Each apartment has an oceanside porch or balcony, a large living room/dining room/kitchen combo, a nice size bedroom with a bedroom off of it. Though we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, there are also larger ones. The owners are very attentive to your needs, and there is always a member of the family on the property 24 hours a day. My husband and I have stayed at many different Anguillan properties over the years but Patsy's is the only place we'll be staying at from now on. I can't imagine a better choice!"

Lovely one bedroom apartment, steps from the ocean. It was exceptionally clean, and very convenient. Located right next to the ferry terminal, it was very easy to get to. The management and owners came by to ensure that we were comfortable and didn't need anything. Very usable kitchen, very clean, comfortable bed. Everything about our trip to Anguilla was exceptional, including this accommodation.
