We've stayed at alot resorts, but Front staff such as "Dinky", "Johnny" & Caroline made our trip so EXCEPTIONAL! From time we arrived until departed - they treated us with SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SRVC!! All staff, made our Son's/Daughter-in Laws wedding EXCEPTIONAL. Resort has great vibe, lots to see/do. Always asking if could get you something. Food Exceptional! Awesome positive experience for all 22 guests in our party. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We came back from a 8 day trip at Hard Rock Cancun. The ocean was beautiful blue with white sand with great food and activities. The place is fantastic and the food and entertainment are great but what really makes this place is the staff. We had an outstanding service from Chay at Ipanema Grill restaurant and his manager. This Brazillian restaurant is the best in both food and service. The activities were awesome. The pool staff, DJ... were young, energetic, and fun. The Foam party is very fun. The free wifi service in room was very fast. 50-100Mpbs upload!!! I say Upload. It rocks. The only complained I had was the hallway noise at night time between 12-3AM. These people laughed, ran, slammed the door that would make sleepless night. For sure, this is one the greatest all inclusive hotel in Hotel zone in Cancun.

I've stay in many hotels and I never really care to write review. I don't even know where to start' Hard rock Cancun really work hard to make their guests have a fabulous time! The staff is by far the hardest working people' making sure our room was always clean. Alway making sure we have a drink in are hand. The food was amazing! The restaurants are better then the ones back home in Cali. They really made sure my fiancé and I has great time! Is was Worth every penny!! The beach was just a bonus. We will be back again and again!! Love this place thank you for everything !!

We enjoyed our week at the Cancun Hard Rock Hotel. The shows were fun to go to at night. It was fun to stay on the Cancun Strip. I came with 3 college kids. They enjoyed the beach, pool, bars and parasailing. We took day trips to the Riviera Golf Club, camel ride, Isla Mujeres, aqua twister boat, jet skiis and snorkeling. The weather was excellent. The food and service was excellent. No complaints !

Me and my fiance just came back from Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, and it was absolutely amazing! We went on a weekend trip and it was definitly worth it! Friendly and helpful staff, Good Food, Descent Drink Selection (They didnt have any cognac's but made up for it with the premium tequila and whisky) and amazing beach! The beach water is crystal clear, every morning the staff rake the seaweed from the beach before every wakes. Room service time wait was okay, on average 20 minutes (which is understandable since the food was always hot and fresh when ordered). Wish we had stayed longer than 4 days, as we never got a chance to leave the resort... the resort was just too good! When you stay 3 days or longer you get a minimum $500 credit, which me and my fiance used at the spa! The spa was absolutely amazing, enjoyed a really good massage! Would i come back - definitely! Would i recommend to a friend - definitely! FYI - Free Wifi and Free US and Canada Calling

Stayed here for 11 nights. Very friendly staff, excellent facilities and a great hotel with awesome memorabilia. Santos, a waiter in The Market, was extremely friendly and provided a great service every meal!
