Welcome to our brand-"new" condo in Nuevo Vallarta at Villa Magna. Our condo has all the best deluxe furnishings! We are right on the beach with an incredible ocean view.

 

The condo has:

2 bedrooms and a den. King-size bedroom with bathroom and jetted soaker tub that looks right out onto our master ocean balcony.

Queen bedroom with its own bathroom.

Den with a deluxe Futon bed and its own bathroom.

All bedrooms have 400 thread count sheets and duvets for comfort. Both sofa and loveseat have pullouts also with duvets.

Full internet hook up-just bring your lap top and patch cable! Also wireless available

Kitchen fully equipped, microwave, stove, dish washer, and cooking supplies, washer/dryer/cleaning supplies, boogie boards, movies, games and DVDs on TVs.

Decor is very tasteful and modern

Ultrasuede furniture, couch and lounger and loveseat, wool carpets, glass top dining table, parsons chairs and bar stools.

 

We are in a private gated community, 24 hour security, English speaking manager and housekeepers, private beach. Ten-15 minute walk along the beach to Paradise Village hotel. Ten minutes from our other condo at Playa Royale, minutes walk to Paradise Village Plaza with: grocery stores, liquor store, banks, restaurants, shopping, doctors and medical 24 hours. Condo also has free long distance calls to USA and Canada and a CDN phone number should you need to be contacted while your in Mexico

 

Village marina with sail boats, snorkeling and fishing tours and water taxi to Old town downtown. 15 minutes to airport and 20 minutes to downtown by taxi.

 

Our swimming pool is an infinity pool - beautiful and great for floating or swimming, it looks as if it rolls right into the ocean! Private beach, beach chairs and palapas.
