The Lake Escape is a charming three story, 2500 square foot home with four bedrooms, two full baths, expansive decks overlooking Lake Harmony, an outdoor Jacuzzi Tub, private docks, and a lake side fire pit. The home allows you year-round access to a 100 foot lake front area, as well as access to a PRIVATE DOCK, HOT TUB, BOAT LAUNCH, KAYAKS, PADDLE BOAT, and FIRE PIT.

The oversized second floor deck offers a unique and breathtaking view of Lake Harmony and is equipped with plenty of seating and a Weber gas grill. Inside on the second floor is the vaulted great room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Lake Harmony, a seating area for family and friends, a 42' flat screen cable TV, Apple TV, DVD Player, WiFi, stone front gas fireplace, modern kitchen and a dining table. There are also two king sized bedrooms and a completely renovated full bathroom on this level.
 
On the first floor is a game room with a pool table, ping pong, a second seating area to relax with family and friends, 42' flat screen cable TV, stone front gas fireplace, and a second dining table. Also on this level is one bedroom, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a laundry room.
 
The fourth bedroom which sleeps four is located on the third floor.
 
Tackle Jack Frost Mountain that features a variety of inviting terrains with a summit elevation of 2000 feet, base elevation of 1400 feet and vertical drop of 600 feet. 21 different slopes including: ski school learning slope, 4 Easiest (beginner slopes, 6 More Difficult (intermediate slopes), 8 Most Difficult (advanced slopes) and 2 Terrain Parks. Big Boulder Ski Area is devoting 50% of its overall terrain to park features. The base elevation is 1700 feet with a summit elevation of 2175 feet and a vertical drop of 475 feet. Big Boulder boasts the most progressive and innovative terrain park program. 15 different slopes to include: 4 Easiest (beginner slopes), 3 More Difficult (intermediate slopes), 3 Most Difficult (advanced slopes) and 5 Terrain Parks. Also available are 2 surface lifts at snow tubing.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
 
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Joe Choti joined Tickets.com in October of 2010 as Chief Technology Officer. In this role Mr. Choti was responsible for the strategy, development, execution and implementation of Tickets.com software products and related infrastructure.
 
Mr. Choti also held the Chief Technology Officer position for MLB Advanced Media (MLBAM) since 2001. Mr. Choti joined MLBAM from Screaming Media, Inc. where he served as CTO. He has held the CTO title and senior project management positions for several major information service and development companies.
 
Now as the CEO, Mr. Choti will provide both strategic direction and executive leadership for Tickets.com. Mr. Choti received his BS in Computer Science from Wesleyan University.

From booking to check in to check out everything was fantastic. We had a group of six adults and the house was absolutely perfect. There’s a designated fire pit area right on the lake a beautiful deck that overlooks the lake and the house was clean from top to bottom. All of the electronics gas fireplaces worked as advertised. Simply put we’ll be going back.
