4BR+Loft Beautiful Chatham-Year Round-Sleeps up to 8 & only one Mile to Town! Year-round, 4 Bedrooms + Detached Loft, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps up to 8) maybe in summer add an extra in unfinished loft.

Beautiful fully refurbished house with nautical theme. Hardwood floor within and full heat and air conditioning.
 
A real cozy getaway to a wonderful cape cod town. All the amenities!

Awesome fenced in yard for our pup! Host does not provide linens (bath towels, kitchen towels, bed sheets or pillow cases). House is located on a main road, but private and quiet at night. Host is prompt to communicate via message, would love to stay again:)

My family and our spouses really enjoyed staying here! There was plenty of space for 6 adults. We enjoyed the location and on nice days walked into downtown Chatham. We relaxed by the beach and enjoyed the fire pit out back! The outdoor shower was so nice after time on the beach. The home was amazing to have my brother's dog join us, we enjoyed playing catch in the fenced-in backyard. The house is really well maintained and we had a fantastic stay!
