We have enjoyed our stay at this place . It was pristine , very well cared for and it has all modern amenities. We loved the location, it is easy to get to most places at the Cape. David/Evelyn are both very responsive and accommodating with our needs.

The location less than 1 mile from Chatham Bars Inn, where my daughter was married, was perfect. Home was very clean with a lovely back yard, ideal for resting on the deck with the fire pit after a long wedding weekend. We shared the home with 2 couples. The 2 full baths, each on separate floors was just what we needed, allowing each couple their our own bath area. The private bedroom with half bath is accessible from the back yard. It was good for our young adult son as he was able to return from the wedding after hours at The Squire thru the back yard fence, not bothering the sleeping elderly inside. Communication with David was prompt and clear. After driving out of town, we realized we left our daughters cake topper in the freezer. He allowed access to retrieve it long after our check out; his assistance and flexibility saved the day. Highly recommend!

The house was accurately described and really beautiful. So many amenities and in a great location in Chatham. I would highly recommend for large families looking to have a nice and very reasonably priced vacation on the cape. David and Evelyn were also very easy to communicate with and helpful. We will be booking again!

First time staying in an Airbnb where I felt the pics didn’t do the house justice. Beautiful accommodations and smelled very clean. The yard was great for our furry family member and the deck was a nice spot for post-dinner drinks. And you’re within 2 miles of EVERYTHING Chatham has to offer - Lighthouse Beach, downtown restaurants etc. Perfect location. Worth noting that the queen bedroom is above the garage with access from the outside - not the house. We LOVED having it as a separate space (it served as a mini gym while we enjoyed our stay) but I didn’t see it listed that way, so I hope this note helps others enjoy their stay!

We so enjoyed our time at 6 Sabins Lane! A group of 6 adults, an infant, & a doggo spent a lovely Fall week together there. We enjoyed the big backyard, fire pit, well-appointed kitchen for cooking group meals, chilling in the sunroom, running/walking in the neighborhoods & nearby trails (Old Colony Rail Trail is 2 miles away, great for longer runs/biking, connects to 26 mile+ Cape Cod rail trail), & exploring nearby Chatham (super cute downtown!) & surrounding towns (P-town, Hyannis). A good central locale for Cape exploration! The Cape is beautiful even in the off season!
