This house is perfect for a family getaway! It is beautiful, very easy to find and a great location for exploring and shopping in Chatham.

Chatham is my favorite town on Cape Cod, and I can't imagine a better place than this house to stay while visiting Chatham. The house seems so expertly renovated. Everything seems carefully planned for a visitor's successful stay. Every need seems to be anticipated, and if we were looking for something and not finding it, it was only because we hadn't found it yet! It's a bright, cheerful. and spacious house, and even though it rained for two full days during our short stay, being indoors was very pleasant. Every room is well-lit, and there are enough windows and glass doors leading to a lovely front porch and back yard to bring the outside in. The house has five bedrooms, and while we used only the master bedroom downstairs, my feeling is that if every bedroom upstairs was taken, the house would still feel spacious. The location could not be more perfect. It's only a walk of a few minutes to the heart of town! What can I say about that? Could anything be more perfect? As a bonus, catty corner, across the street, just a minute away, are two connected stores, CVS and the Chatham Village Market. Practically anything you might need is right there across the road! We had occasion to visit both, and if you ever find yourself in the Chatham Village Market, don't miss the chance to try their freshly baked muffins. They are absolutely awesome. I want to thank our hosts, David and Evelyn for hosting us in their lovely home. They made the transaction very easy, and when we emailed the few questions we had, their reply was almost immediate. Thank you! We stayed in October and the house was perfect even when the weather was not. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be during the spring, summer, or early fall, and I highly recommended this home for your stay if you get a chance to visit this wonderful town.

Really good location. Walking distance to oyster pond beach which is great for Little’s and to the town. The house is large and good for big groups. It’s also super close to a playground and a great breakfast spot.

We love staying at this home in Chatham. It had everything we needed for a family vacation with little ones. The location was great being down the street from the oyster inlet and being able to walk in town to restaurants and shops. David had everything we needed at the home and cleanliness was impeccable! Plenty of space for a great family vacation!

Spacious, clean home close to a small beach, a quaint little town and also a convenient supermarket. We stayed at David's for close to a week with our 15 yr old (and her frined), 12 yr old and 4 yr old. The house was very comfortable for all of us. The kids had the entire second floor to themselves and they could hang out in the basement when they wanted time away from us. Plenty of space- we didn't even use 2 of the bedrooms. The house feels comfortable, clean and updated. Great cooking kitchen. Wish it was a little bit warmer so we could have made use of the fire pit or the outdoor dining areas. Walking distance to town which was great. Very close to a cute beach. Communication was fantastic. Would highly recommend!
