Family chefs rejoice! You’ll love this fully stocked kitchen, featuring crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The extra-long center island provides tons of food prep space, plus seating for four. The adjacent dining table for six will have you bringing back the tradition of family dinner, just so you can all savor the delicious cooking together! 

 

Bed & Bath

 

With bedrooms and bathrooms spread across two floors, you’ll easily find your favorite spot! The main level has a half-bath conveniently located adjacent to the main common space. The main level also features one of the homes two primary suites, perfect for those with difficulty managing stairs. This room is equipped with a queen bed, seating area, and full bathroom with shower. The second level offers 3 bedrooms. A primary suite with a king bed, work station, and private balcony with seasonal views. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the private balcony. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has one queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds. These two rooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower.  

 

Outdoor Spaces

 

In the evenings, you’ll be tempted outside by the backyard patio, which includes a built-in wood burning fire pit surrounded by chairs. Sit and trade tales of your South Haven adventures, upcoming plans, and maybe a ghost story or two! Also on the patio, sits a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining! In the front of the home, a warm and inviting covered patio offering a sectional sofa for early morning coffee and conversation to plan the day. Included in the tenant storage, you'll find two complimentary bicycles and an abundance of beach chairs for your use.
