Incredible location! In the heart of Old Town - a part of downtown Traverse City- this sharp, one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience and proximity to everything. It's a perfect space to call home-base in any season. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
 
Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. 
The Space
Condo is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. 
One Bedroom with King Bed, and queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. 
Full bathroom, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv for streaming only (sorry no cable.)
 
This condo is 850 square feet.

Neighborhood
Restraurant options everywhere within easy walking distance. 
Handy neighborhood market around the corner on Union Street has one of the best butchers in town- Maxbauers.
Other things to note
There are stairs to reach the condo, it's on the second floor.
 
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
 
Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
 
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
 
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
 
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
 
Please note, this listing is not pet friendly per HOA guidelines.
Getting Around
**Parking Updates – Effective February 1, 2025**
Due to new regulations imposed by the parking committee, we are no longer able to provide parking passes to our guests. Parking will be the responsibility of guests, with options including first come first serve lot, metered street parking and parking garages.
 
Street Parking:
Overnight Restrictions: No parking from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Nov 16–Apr 14) on City streets. Towing enforced.
Metered Parking:
Enforced Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays).
Pay via ParkMobile app for convenience.
 
Parking Garages (Recommended):
Hardy Garage – 303 East State St.
Hours: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: Varies (posted at entrance).
Old Town Garage – 125 East Eighth St.
Levels 2-4: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: 7 AM – 12 AM.
Ground Level: Metered Mon-Sat, 8 AM – 6 PM; Free on Sundays.
Follow posted signs to avoid fines or towing.
