We had a great time at Grace Haven. Jessica was very attentive and able to help with any needs. The house was well stocked with all of the essentials. Nice to have the pool onsite. Very clean inside and out. With the golf cart, it was an easy trip to a wonderful beach. Jessica made sure the beach setup was there every day. Thanks so much!

We visited for a summer week with our two teenagers, and we had a great time in the house. Booking direct was quick and easy. Jessica was very helpful in making sure we were settled and supported during our stay. Grace Haven is clean, modern, secure, and the air conditioning works great. The house is very well appointed. Each bedroom has a full en suite bathroom. The pool and grill were a pleasure. We enjoyed having the golf cart available for visiting Sunset Beach, that was a nice touch for sure! There are also beach chairs and umbrellas reserved for you at Sunset Beach, and bikes you can use if you prefer. It was a first class visit - highly recommended!

What a great find amongst the high priced luxury resorts of Grace Bay. Yes, those resorts are all fine and deserving of their stellar reviews, but here is a hidden gem just 5 mins drive from the Grace Bay hotel district. Your gains with booking this property are quite the list. Spacious floorplan, king sized beds throughout, TVs in every room w/ cable, ice cold A/C in every room, full functioning kitchen with stainless steel appliances (so go grab some groceries and breakfast goods and save on a meal or two), gorgeous inground pool with plenty of loungers, outdoor couch, extra large umbrellas to give you some sun relief, an awesome propane grill to make a quick hamburger or hotdog, outdoor shower and bathroom to keep the inside amenities clean and dry, your own transportation in a GOLF CART to the local beach, full setup at the beach to enjoy paradise! Never felt so safe on an island - - security gate to get into the residential community, in home alarm system, blackout curtains - - what else do you need? The closet for beach goods is top notch. Chairs, floatees, umbrellas, toys/buckets, snorkeling grear - - don't bring anything! Its all there. The villa is a short drive ~6 mins to the Graceway Gourmet supermarket, 5 mins or less to the main strip of hotels and restaurants. If you are up for a little evening stroll, Coco Bistro is walkable. Not exactly around the corner, but a good island paced walk away (guessing, 15-20 mins). The villa feels like a resort, minus all the people and the immediate access to bars/restaurants. Do not hesitate to book! you can drive or taxi to a bar/restaurant or casino. Fabulous island property, well worth the $$$.. thank you Grace Haven team for making this gem available to rent!

My wife, 16 year old daughter and I recently spent a week at the lovely (and ideally located) Grace Haven. The house is well appointed and the grounds and pool area are immaculate. The golf cart is perfect for getting to the beautiful Leeward Beach. The monitored security system and in room safes helped to make us feel very safe and secure during our visit to TCI while staying in the Leeward community. Our concierge, Jessica, was outstanding - very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! We loved our stay here and will return in the future - we highly recommend Grace Haven!

Our experience at Grace Haven was incredible for our family of 5. Golf cart was perfect to beach along with setup umbrella and lounges. House is immaculate and well stocked, linens and beach towels aplenty. AC thermostats in each room. Pool area and outdoor space exceeded expectations. The lovely Jessica greeted us and was responsive to all our questions and needs. The slightly later checkout was great too especially for our pregnant daughter to spend less time at airport waiting for our later flight. The location is north of Grace Bay and quieter so would recommend getting a car to get to grocery store and restaurant's.
