About This Villa
 
Breezy Villa is a private ocean front villa situated on the south shore surrounded by the soothing blue hues of the ocean. This elegantly appointed and comfortable villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and French doors leading to incredible views of the ocean.
 
The large living room has an entertainment centre which hosts a Plasma TV, DVD player, an assortment of movies, books and a stereo. The villas gourmet kitchen is well equipped with state of the art appliances.
 
One can choose to dine in the kitchen/dining room or "alfresco" under a covered porch or under the stars as one desires. A spacious pool along with lounge chairs, table and chairs and a BBQ complete this incredible oasis where there are always the trade winds that provide a soothing breeze.
 
Location of this ocean front villa: You are conveniently located close to Leeward Marina and only a 5-10 minute drive to the famous " Grace Bay Beach" and Grace Bay Road where you will find most of your shopping and entertainment needs.
 
Guest will have access to the entire property
 
Breezy Villa is a gated waterfront home located in a private residential community.
 
Rental car is recommended
 
Guests will receive a mid stay clean included in each 7 night stay. This will be schedule during orientation.

What an amazing week in paradise

What an amazing week in paradise! From the beginning, Rochelle was awesome. Very responsive & helped us pick an amazing chef (Chris), great excursion (Caicos Island Charters) & great day with jet skis (Vitamin Sea). It is on beautiful Long Bay with crystal clear water. It is always breezy so there is always a light chop but still relatively calm due to the shallow waters. Right behind the house, you may have a rock or conch but if you walk out a few feet further, it is a white sandy bottom for miles. We LOVED that there was a constant breeze because it was a little warm out & we were still able to enjoy the porch all day/night. Home has neighbors but you never notice them. You have tons of privacy. House felt very secure with a gate and alarm, so there was never a worry. Michael met us at check in and was extremely helpful the entire week. Any question or need we had, he was immediate to respond and take care of it. It was like we had a 24 hour concierge! Can't wait to be back!

What a beautiful home! It looks even better than the pictures and everything was very comfortable. Amazing views and usually a nice breeze to cool off. Our host was so easy to communicate with and gave us lots of recommendations. We’ll be back!

This house is BREATHTAKING!! Every morning you wake with an amazing sunrise lifting off the crystal blue waters of the Atlantic! The house has everything you need for indoor and outdoor activities. If you are a sun worshipper there is plenty of places to layout. And if not there is ample shade for you as well. The name Breezy Villa is very suited. There is a constant breeze which was so welcoming during the hottest part of the day. The location was very convenient to Grace Bay and the golf course. The Blue Heron (Michael/Maria) was impeccable hosts-very responsive and informative! I wish we didn’t have to leave! We definitely will be back!!
