This 2-bedroom masterpiece with full ensuite bathrooms is just a 3-minute walk from an uncrowded stretch of beach just east of Grace Bay.

Lux Solaris is the perfect vacation accommodation for the guest who wants to blend indoor and outdoor living. The luxury villa boasts a large private pool (12 feet by 20 feet, 5 feet continuous depth) bordered by a lush tropical garden of bougainvillea and swaying palms. We have furnished the terrace with plush seating, outdoor daybeds, and a covered elegant dining area where you can stargaze over dinner. 

Ideal for small families or couples, this fully air-conditioned private villa comes with two king-sized beds, a fully-stocked kitchen, luxury linens, towels, robes, and bath products, and portable chairs and coolers you can use at your leisure for beach days and sunset watching. Guests also have access to a four-seater electric beach cart they can use for easy access to Sunset Beach, where we set up resort-style beach loungers and umbrellas for guests daily.

Great stay at Lux Solaris villa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lux Solaris. The villa is beautiful, very clean and has everything required for a great stay. The beds are very comfortable as is the outdoor furniture and the property is very well managed. The proximity to the beach and beach set-up significantly enhanced our stay. We have never spent as much time at the beach even when previously staying at a villa right on the beach. The beach is much quieter than many other beaches on the island and always having chairs and umbrellas reserved make it very convenient and enjoyable. We recommend this villa without any hesitation.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, and had a wonderful time. The home is spacious, airy, & located in a quiet neighborhood close to serene Sunset Beach, with a golf cart for easy access. Daily beach chair setup with loungers and umbrellas at Sunset Beach was a fantastic perk. The outdoor space was amazing—large dining table, lounge chairs, umbrella, Bali bed, pool, and an outdoor living room with ceiling fans. The three large patio doors with screens allowed for a perfect cross breeze, and the location was quiet, with no noise from neighbors indoors. While we loved the property, there were some areas for improvement. The second bedroom lacked amenities like a full-length mirror, & the fire alarm was overly sensitive, triggered by neighbors grilling. We also had a delay getting into the property due to missing instructions, but issues were resolved, & our concierge became more helpful over time. Overall, we loved our stay & would return.
