Oh my goodness! The view is amazing! This Beautiful Beachfront Family Friendly condo is located in in the heart of Gulf Shores and close to everything. This unit has been recently updated and is stocked with everything you need to have a spectacular vacation including all the beach essential like chairs, umbrella, mat, sand toys and plastic ware. There is also a grocery/convenience store, ice cream parlor, seafood market and restaurant right across the street.
 
Sunchase boasts a heated pool/hot tub and picnic/grilling area. And did I mention the AAAMAZING Gulf front view.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.

We love this condo. Beautiful view of the beach and sunrise and sunset. The condo had everything we needed during our stay. This is our go-to when vacationing in Gulf Shores. It is conveniently located. Just steps from Waves, a convenient store that is well stocked and a wonderful restaurant, The Beach House. The property is quiet and relaxing with a lovely pool and hot tub! We can’t wait to return!

This condo is so nice. Can’t beat the views from for decks and how close it is to the beach. The condo has so many things that come with it along with beach toys and chairs. Sunny beaches was great to deal with!

This was our third stay at Sunchase but first at this particular condo. It was a perfect vacation for my husband and I. It’s the best view of the beach we have ever had and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck every day. It’s conveniently located to The Beach Kitchen (we ate there 3 different times!) and Waves grocery store. The condo was comfy and clean and very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again!
