Complex boasts heated pool, hot tub, and grilling/picnic area. Close to everything Gulf Shores has to offer

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..
 
One parking pass and designated parking for ONE VEHICLE ONLY in the assigned parking space for #107 is included. If you have an additional vehicle there are 3 non-dedicated visitors parking spots that are on a first come first serve basis. You will also receive instructions with the check in details on purchasing an additional pass.

Perfect for our 6 person family!

My husband and I traveled with our 4 children who are ages 21, 16, 13, and 12. SunChase 107 was everything we needed for our long weekend. Our two older children slept in the second bedroom and our two younger children slept on the couch. It took us a little bit to figure out how to get the couch to turn into a bed, but we did it and it worked perfectly! The master bedroom had extra pillows, sheets, and a blanket for the couch bed. The starter pack of amenities included 2 washing machine pods, 2 dishwasher pods, dish detergent for hand washing dishes, 2 small tubes of shampoo, 2 small tubes of conditioner, and 2 small tubes of body wash. If you have a large family like ours, you might consider packing more essentials and also bringing some extra beach towels. There were 4 beach towels on hand. The pool and hot tub were great and it was super easy to get right onto the beach. SunChase 107 had the essentials we needed and we had a great weekend!

Property had everything we needed and was very quiet. Enjoyed a Christmas vacation at the beach. Communication was prompt and check in very easy. Great stay for families on a budget. P.S. I hate sleeping in vacation beds. This was the first time in a while I was able to sleep past 8. It was VERY comfortable.

Our stay was great. Before our arrival I received a phone call that our ac had gone out in our condo. They sent me 3 other options they had available and they were very similar to what we had originally picked. This was a super simple process and we were very grateful they called and accommodated us.
