Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..
 
The guest MUST inform about pets before reservation is made. The maximum number of dogs only is 2 and Pet fee is 75.00 Pets must be kept on a leash under the guests' supervision at all times and must only be walked in designated pet areas. A "pet shovel" or pet bag must be used to remove your pets waste immediately. Anyone seen not picking up after their pet will forfeit their security deposit. A fee may be charged for any damage or excessive cleaning after departure due to pet.

We had a great stay! The pool was right across from the unit which made our stay so easy with kids. The location could not have been better for a night at The Wharf. Our hosts answered any questions we had and responded quickly. Overall great place to stay and easy access to places without being caught up in beach traffic!
