Great Location!

The condo was fine everything was good the gps directions took me to the back entrance, and when I contacted the host they said it does that all the time, well they practically send you a booklet of check in and out text thru the Airbnb app but fail to put in that you need to go around to the front, that would have been the most important thing first and foremost… secondly I know this is completely out of their hands but it would have been nice to know upfront because had I known I had to pay a $50 per car parking fee to park at a place I rented I would have rented another location or a hotel, I feel this should have been enclosed in the booking fees charge the guest extra $50 in your booking and you take money out for the parking, without guest knowing… the parking fee pissed me off badly but it is their HOA that charges this fee not the owners, but again make that clear at the beginning of your booking description. The HOA will run some of your money away but beside that it was good
