Condo was extremely clean. Not even a speck of sand inside. Beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. Nice fluffy towels. Bathroom was very clean. Washer and dryer worked great. Outside was well lit. Stairs were very safe with handrails. Parking spaces were nice and wide for SUV parking. Trash bin was just beside parking lot. Had plenty of trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Everything was as promised. Our family felt very safe staying in this condo. Couldn't hear traffic or noises from outside. Nice and quiet. Lots of food and shopping options nearby. Owner was great to work with, although I didn't need to contact for much at all because everything was great. The beach was just steps from the parking lot.

The condo was as listed we had a wonderful time just steps from the beach and just a small drive and walk to food and shopping.

The place was so cute! Fit our family of five great! Loved the cute tiny pool. And I really do mean tiny but the time we went there wasn’t tons of people and crowded beaches so it was great. The hot tube was boiling hot but I like it like that. Lots of room. The kids loved that there was more toys to play with on the beach even thought we already brought tons. Only thing I would recommend for the condo would be spatulas for cooking. We had to make pancakes with a spoon lol . But that ok. And also having some kind of cleaning spray maybe for a little clean up when needed, we only stayed 2 nights.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, clean. Everything about the space made for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. One small heads-up for future guests: the outdoor grills were in rough shape and not really usable for us, although we saw others using them. Just something to be aware of if grilling is important to your stay. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we’d definitely come back!

I recently stayed at Sunchase condos and had a wonderful experience from the moment that we arrived. Everything met at our expectations. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable exactly like the photos. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was great just a very short walk to the beach - peaceful and quiet. We felt very safe. It was a nice neighborhood with friendly locals at the stores close by. Communication with the host was very easy and professional and they were quick to respond with any questions. Check-in was smooth. I would absolutely stay at Sunchase condos again and recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free comfortable vacation spot, a truly memorable and enjoyable experience.
