We provide parking for ONE VEHICLE ONLY in the assigned parking space for #110. The pass must be on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times. If you have an additional vehicle there are 3 non-dedicated visitors parking spots that are available on a first come first serve basis.

For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..

Fantastic Beach!

Being able to wake up and walk straight to the beach was fantastic. The condo is in a great location and within walking distance to several places which we loved. The pool was a bit smaller than I expected, and often crowded but we made it work. The condo worked great for my family of 5! We especially loved the beach toys/chairs that were left for everyone to share!

Wow, we found the perfect place to stay for our first visit to Gulf Shores. It was just steps from the beach. The pictures/descriptions matched perfectly and a very good price point. It was steps away from the beach and the best part is the property included beach towels and PLENTY of beach accessories and toys. This made it so convenient since we came in by plane. The kitchen was well stocked and it made it very easy to make our meals. There was a book with recommendations as well. A few nice touches - sound machines in both rooms and family games in the living room. Thanks and we'll look forward to staying here again.

Rooms were clean and kitchen well stocked with essentials. Host was very attentive and replied quickly to any questions. Place was close to the beach and heated pool was nice on these cool fall days. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location, no need to cross a busy street to get to the beach unlike many other condos. Great water pressure in the shower. The grill was convenient, my husband was able to bring lunch right to our spot on the beach.
