We provide parking for ONE VEHICLE ONLY in the assigned parking space for #307. The pass must be on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times. If you have an additional vehicle there are 3 non-dedicated visitors parking spots that are available on a first come first serve basis. You will also receive instructions with the check in details on purchasing an additional pass.

For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..

Great Host!!

We had a little mix-up with the payment but Patricia was quick to address it and fix it. She was very responsive and answered my multitude of questions. The unit is on the 3rd floor, and honestly the only time it was an inconvenience was when packing in and out. We were in and out multiple times a day due to the beach being steps from the unit. The unit was remodeled, cozy and perfect for our family of 3.

First time taking my family to the beach and this place was perfect! Felt homey and comfortable with easy access to the beach and a pool/hot tub! Close walking distance to a local grocery/convenience/beach store and a delicious restaurant! Host was great! Definitely making this our yearly beach spot! ?????
