Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Cancellations 61 days or more prior to arrival shall be refunded in full. Should you have to cancel for any reason within 60 days prior to your arrival and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling fee. In the case of an act of mother nature the deposit will be refunded in full.
