This is a corner condo in Tower II with lots of privacy. Extraordinary view of the Gulf of Mexico from living area and master bedroom! One of the largest balconies you'll find on the beach. Plus a bonus 2nd balcony on Front Beach Rd. A large fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and an island is waiting to prepare a meal! A mirrored wet bar is available to prepare a refreshing beverage. FREE Daily beach service with 2 chaise loungers/table and umbrella during season (March through October) along with free parking for two vehicles.
The master bedroom has its own entrance to the colossal balcony and 2 glass walls with view of the beach. Master bath has a Jacuzzi tub to relax in following a long day at the beach or use the large walk-in shower. After that you can lay in bed and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing or sit at the writing desk overlooking the Gulf and write your friends back home. Second bedroom has its own balcony. Everyone has their own bathroom. Third bedroom has two (2) bunk beds. One with a double bed on bottom and a twin bed on top and a second bunk bed with a twin on bottom and a twin on top which makes bedtime fun for the kids, but is also accommodating for adults as well!
All bedroom carpets were recently replaced with a beautiful Italian tile that looks exactly like a wood floor. Very warm looking and easy to clean!
Sit back and watch the new large 46 inch LCD HDTV in the living area or retreat to your bedroom and watch the 32 inch LCD HDTV found in all three bedrooms.
Living area also has an AM/FM/CD/iPod/iPhone docking station to listen to your favorite music at the beach!
Large kitchen with bar. Plenty of seats at dinner time whether at the table for six or the bar which accommodates five or the breakfast table that seats 2-4. Spacious living area with room for the whole family to spread out and enjoy TV or a movie from the lobby with our DVD player. We also have FREE wireless internet! There are no daily charges like some places.
The large balcony provides extra room for everyone with a table and 4 cushioned chairs plus 2 chaise loungers and a settee each with thick Sunbrella cushions. Enjoy a meal or have a cold beverage while overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!
