The placement of this tower provides awesome sunset views, yet the sun does not shine directly into the condo during the heat of the day.

There are 3 suites in this condo. Each suite has a full bath and entry-hall with privacy door.

Two bedrooms have king beds; the third has a queen and a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has access to a balcony. Condo sleeps 8.

The bathrooms all have large granite vanities with double sinks.

The master bath has a large walk in shower; the others have tub-shower combination with glass doors.

Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

Dinning room seats 8

Kitchen has dishwasher, full sized range, built-in microwave and side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker. Kitchen has full dining service and cookware including a crock pot.

Beach service with 2 chairs and umbrellas. We also provide 6 beach towels and a beach cooler.

Our vacation beach home has all amenities for your enjoyment and comfort, including: free WiFi, four flat screen TV's, cable TV and DVD players.

IS ALCOHOL STILL ALLOWED ON THE Beach? Not in the spring break month of March. The rest of the year alcoholic beverages are allowed on the beach.
