Due to the pandemic, we have changed our cleaning procedures. As always we are washing all sheets and blankets in between each guest and we are providing antibacterial soap. We are sanitizing and disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces. We highly encourage each guest to bring disinfecting wipes and any other cleaning supplies to ensure their own safety!
Lee's Retreat is a sensational home located in the upscale Destiny East neighborhood. Destiny East is close to the beach and the four seat golf cart makes the trip to the beach nothing but easy.
Before you even enter the home you are greeted by a lovely courtyard with a fountain and patio furniture. Perfect for entertaining and relaxing in the Florida Sunshine. The courtyard is peaceful and provides a whole different vibe for relaxing.
The main floor of the house features all the bells and whistles to start your vacation off just right. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for cooking your family meals and entertaining. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a spacious island. With the dining room in close distance talking and catching up is a breeze. The beautiful wood table seats everyone at dinner time. The living room is spacious and comfortable providing a leather sectional around the flat screen T.V. The main floor also features a guest King bedroom. This bedroom is cozy and private with a full private bathroom.
The pool area is a tranquil setting to ease your cares away. There is ample patio seating for guests and a private natural gas grill. This is the area you've been dreaming of to grill out and enjoy some pool time. The pool itself is spectacular not only is large enough for everyone but it has a tanning ledge for those who want to bask in the Florida sun.
The second floor hosts the 4 additional bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is very spacious and overlooks the court yard with private access. The Master Bathroom is extremely desirable with a large Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. His and her sinks ensures both have plenty of space for enjoying.
Down the hall which have floor to ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard host the three additional bedrooms. There is a cozy king guest bedroom providing a private full bathroom. The queen bedroom and bunk room with twin over twin rooms share a bathroom however, they both have private entry into the shared bathroom. All bedrooms come with T.V. for guests enjoyment. Each bedroom is perfect for any member of the family.
Lee's retreat is just that, your retreat to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. This house has everything you need to feel comfortable while on vacation. Destiny East features additional amenities for guests to enjoy. There is a large community pool, hot tub, clubhouse, movie theater, tennis courts and playground. Destiny East is situation along Scenic Highway 98, a popular road to cruise up and down in the golf cart with plenty of restaurants to view Florida's famous sunsets.

Other things to note: Starter packs including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent are provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.
