Recently Updated and just 7 minutes away from the nearest public beach access at North City Beach Park this spacious home features 2,642 sq. ft. and is big enough to accomodate a Max of 10 guests. Home is perfect for a large family getaway!

This home is centrally located in Hallandale Beach which is right between Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. It lies within just a short distance away from Gulfstream Park Racing-Casino-Village, Diplomat Golf & Tennis Club, Diplomat Landing, Relaxing Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, Cultural Downtown Hollywood, the glamorous Aventura Mall, and Ritzy Sunny Isles Beach, all within a 5-15 minute drive.

Tennis Courts and Basketball Courts located at the front of this gated neighborhood. Biking is also great in this area. There is so much to do in such a short distance!

Home offers various places to relax on your vacation. The interior features a modern décor and exterior features an over-sized pool (Pool Not Heated) with deck including patio furniture having a dining area, lounge chairs, and a BBQ. Wonderful Stay

Seven of us recently stayed for a bachelor party. The house was absolutely perfect for this. The pool was clean and refreshing, the kitchen was well stocked and the grill was big and perfect. Would stay again and would certainly recommend for similar functions. Catherine was always available by text for questions which was very much appreciated.

The location was excellent grocery store were close by shopping malll & beach were close by as well.the property inside was so clean and the rooms were very comfortable & spacious, loved that there were appliance to use in kitchen, enjoyed the pool. had a very great stay.

Great Vacation spot on the water

This beautiful home was very large and comfortable for me and a whole bunch of my friends on a nice vacation. The home is right on the water and has a beautiful backyard and pool and patio. The home is also in a great neighborhood that is close to all of what south Florida has to offer. Our trip was so fun and this was the perfect spot to spend a week. All the comforts of home is so much better than staying in a hotel, and cheaper too!
