This is a cozy condo with a loft. The accommodations were very clean, parking was available directly under the unit. Check-in & access was easy. Communication was prompt and plenty of details & instructions were provided. This property is literally steps away from the beach. This is a pet friendly property but It was free and clear of any pet smells, stains and pet hair...which was amazing. It was a perfect change of scenery.

Would definitely rent again and recommend to friends and family.

I wanted to make sure I left a review for this one! I brought my grandchildren and my doggie down and we had the best time! We are doing virtual school this year so things are different. We needed a change of scenery and this was perfect from morning coffee sitting with my grandson who was amazed at the airplanes to evening beach sitting and walking! I would for sure come back to this one. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for our stay and things were clean when we arrived! We are all sad to go so hopefully next time we won’t have virtual school and can play all day! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy some fun time at your home! Oh and one more thing the Condo is the building closest to the street so the price was right but you have a perfect view of the ocean!

We spent over a month here and really enjoyed our stay.

The property is as advertised. However, the reason why I would come back is the location. If you stay here your neighbor to the south is Myrtle Beach State Park. When you come out of the condo, it is about 100 yards to the beach and you don't have to cross any streets. When you get to the beach and head south, because it is a state park, there is no development. You're walking in front of sand dunes and forest rather than hotels and highrises. The beach was amazing. I would definitely come back
