Upon entering Villa Santa Barbara SBV 37, you are greeted by a spacious open foyer entry. The side foyer entry wall has been beautifully custom painted with a wave mural to provide a tropical, beach, feel the moment you enter this spectacular vacation villa. Entering the main living area of the Villa Santa Barbara SBV 37, you immediately notice the open style granite kitchen (with custom wood cabinetry and stainless appliances) overlooking the dining and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you will need while on vacation (dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee maker toaster, pots & pans, etc.) Simply bring your food and beverages! The main living area is both open, spacious and furnished with an oversized leather sectional sleeper sofa and a 55 Inch LED High Definition Television. The living areas offers direct, unobstructed, access and views of the private outdoor dining and lounge area. The private outdoor lounge area offers dining for six (6), as well as a stainless propane BBQ. Should you require a work space (hopefully you will not have to work too hard while on vacation!), there is secured WIFI throughout the villa.
