Tuxedo Flats is a 10 bedroom, 10 full and 2 half bath home conveniently located just across from the 12th Street beach access. Each of the 2250 square foot floors has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths plus a living and dining area a full kitchen and a wet bar, plus porches on both the beach and pool sides of the house. There are stairs and an elevator connecting the floors, and you can close the doors to the stairs to increase privacy between the two levels if you wish.

 

Tuxedo Flats rents Sunday to Sunday in Summer, the rest of the year, you pick your dates.

 

The bright Great Rooms form the main social area with a Smart TV. A wet bar with stand-alone ice maker and wine refrigerator awaits you in preparation for that perfect vacation libation. Each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom and television. Each level has three master bedrooms with king-sized beds and private balcony access. Each level also has a room for kids to call their own during their stay. An elevator connects all levels together with the ground floor for ease of use.

 

Connecting large front and back decks enhance the beach views and lagoon features - perfect for a quiet read or afternoon cocktails. Headed to the beach? You'll find convenient access right across the street along with a convenient outdoor shower. Finish your day in the oasis-like backyard complete with two pools, a small one that can be heated in cooler months for $50/day and a larger one that is great for cooling off in warm weather, a covered gazebo and hammock. In the covered breezeway you'll find a shaded ping-pong table and hammock chairs.
